A note from Audi

Thanks for finding me here.

As most of you have noticed, I have someone handling my booking, website, and most social media now. That would be Kristina! She's been a big help in taking over the administrative end of things, and helping me focus on what matters most: artwork and tattoos.

I'm doing things a little differently, so if you're new here (or old, but new), some housekeeping:

  • All new tattoo requests need to go through the Submit your project form.  I know it can feel like an extra step - why can't I just book a consult like I've done before? - but it helps me in lots of ways: it ensures you're in my system, which means easier flow and fewer mistakes in communication, artwork, notes, and booking, which is better for all of us. Plus, I no longer have to look in seventeen different places for notes and photos when I'm getting ready to work on a design (did I mention organization is not my strong suit?). Please do take the time to fill it out thoughtfully - I thank you!

  • Kristina will email you to coordinate all your appointments, and you’ll receive email confirmations from the software of any activity with your sessions - bookings, updates, or cancelations. You may reply to any of these emails, and she will get your message.

  • I'm communicating exclusively via email. In the past, I've had six different ways clients would reach out, send messages, confirm appointments, make change requests, etc., and things invariably got missed. Keeping everything in email quickly solved much of this, and Kristina checks it regularly.

  • If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to Kristina anytime, and she will be happy to help you.

*Please note: Automated text reminders are sent 24 hours in advance of any appointment. I like this option and am happy to provide it, but the text reminder does not allow for replies. Any replies are in vain, as they are not delivered.

I agree this is annoying, but it's the way many of these systems work.

*If you can't make an appointment, email us as soon as possible.
